Fees
Every project is individually quoted, and every quotation is subject to scope: the fee is fixed once the works and the service route are defined, not before. As a guide, domestic projects typically start from around £750 + VAT.

What a quotation always sets out
The works it covers and the site it covers them at; the service route, concluding at start on site or continuing through the construction phase; what is included, including the site visit, the forms, the pre-construction information pack, the information register and the start on site handover record; where the service stops, stated plainly; and the fee, the VAT position and how invoicing works. Quotations cover the pre-construction phase through to the start on site handover; where our appointment continues through the works, the construction phase input is set out separately in the same document.
Timing
A firm written quotation normally follows within two working days of basic project information: the site address, a one line description of the works, and who is designing if known.
