About

ClearCDM is a two person service: the people below do the work, and the documents are written to be read by the people who receive them. The service exists to do one role well, the CDM 2015 principal designer, and nothing else.

Where we work

How we work

A defined process, short online forms for everyone involved so nothing relies on chasing paperwork, one site visit to record the site first hand, and the core CDM outputs issued through to a recorded start on site. During the works, where retained, changes are notified through a simple online page and the health and safety file is completed and handed over at practical completion.
