Subcontractor (CDP) designer: identity and competence Naming the designer for a contractor-designed package (scaffold, temporary works, M&E, drainage, roofing and similar) before the affected works proceed, with their competence information.

Subcontractor (CDP) design information Design information or residual risks from a contractor-designed package.

Design change or variation A change to the design before it is built, so the pre-construction information and residual risk records can be kept current.

Health and safety file information As-built information, O&M data, certificates or anything else for the health and safety file.

Anything else relevant to CDM Any other health and safety matter for the Principal Designer's attention.
